MAINTENANCE &
INFRASTRUCTURE.
Continuous perimeter security, managed serverless hosting, and dedicated developer time to keep your digital platform operating at peak performance. Contractually established to protect both parties: your web assets remain secure, and our support channels stay operational.
MANAGED HOSTING & RETAINER TIERS
Select the maintenance structure that aligns with your site size and content release frequency.
Managed Hosting
Pure infrastructure coverage. Includes SSL certificates, DNS routing, DDOS protection, and high-speed global edge distribution.
Standard Retainer
Designed for single-page platforms. Includes 1 hour of consolidated content updates, text tweaks, link swaps, or asset updates per month.
Custom Platform SLA
Tailored for multi-page studio sites and database applications. Includes 1 hour of monthly consolidated system maintenance and priority response.
MAINTENANCE PROTOCOLS & OVERAGE POLICY
Clear guidelines on how maintenance requests are logged, executed, and billed.
Consolidated Batching
To maximize your included time, all requested updates (text, images, links) must be compiled and sent in a single transmission.
Clock Initiation
The maintenance clock officially begins once our team verifies asset completeness and transmits a confirmation message/email that work has commenced.
Clear Specifications Required
Requests requiring clarification, revisions, or extended back-and-forth consultation count directly toward your hourly retainer block. Clear specifications protect your allotted time.
Overage Billing Rate
Work extending beyond the first included hour is billed at $75/hour in 1-hour increments. Out-of-scope overage is invoiced immediately following deployment.
ACCOUNT STANDING & PAYMENT TIMELINE
Contractual Commitment: These terms safeguard service continuity for active clients while ensuring infrastructure costs remain sustainable. Suspended platforms are restored immediately upon account settlement.
